Massey International Collaborations Forum (MICF)
North Shore, Auckland, New Zealand
The purpose of this forum is twofold:
Connect international and local researchers with one another in a shared academic project
Connect local and international researchers with Non-Government Organizations and non-Profit Organization and/or Government or International Organizations interested in doing psychological or sociological research for public good, in New Zealand or abroad.
Delegates are expected to participate in the Forum by (1) Proposing a Research Project connecting researchers internationally, or connecting researchers and NGOs or Government/International Organizations, and/or (2) Collaborate within a Research Proposal that another delegate has initiated. Delegates’ contact details will be shared, and they may contact one another by email.
The central forum takes place at the Spencer on Bryon Hotel in Takapuna on the North Shore of Auckland just prior to the 2017 Asian Association of Social Psychology conference (AASP Aug 26-28). Small group meetings of the forum may continue during the AASP conference at Massey University’s Wonder Room as small groups of researchers continue to develop their projects initiated during the central forum.
